Export Declaration
Exporting your goods with an export declaration
When you as a company are going to export goods, you must make an export declaration of the goods. Export declarations usually apply to commercial goods, but export declarations may also be needed for gifts and other shipments.
When exporting your goods, it is important to know what regulations apply in the country that will receive the goods you are exporting, i.e. the recipient country and the importing country. This is important to know because it is the exporter who is responsible for the obligations of the goods that are shipped and exported out of the country of origin.
An export declaration must always be issued for commercial goods and this applies to each individual export. This export declaration is completed and submitted electronically to the Customs Authority by us.
