Data Controller

Tullfokus AB is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Nodebrush AB operates and hosts the website on our behalf as our data processor. For questions about your personal data, or to exercise any of the rights described below, contact support@nodebrush.com and state that your request concerns tullfokus.com.

Hosting and Processors

All personal data is stored within the EU. The processors used are listed on Nodebrush's sub-processors page.

Analytics

We run our own analytics to understand how this website is used and to improve it. It does not store your IP address and does not identify individual visitors.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website. Analytics data is kept for 25 months.

Security Log

Our server keeps a log of requests, including your IP address, for at most eight days, to detect and stop attacks and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Contact Form

When you send a message through the contact form, we use what you enter, and any files you attach, to answer your enquiry. To keep spam out, we also check technical details of the connection when the form is sent. The legal basis for both is our legitimate interest. Providing the information is voluntary, but we cannot answer without it.

The message is delivered to us by email and stored in our website database, where it is deleted after 25 months, or sooner if you ask us to. We delete the email from our mailbox on request, but copies may remain in email systems outside our control.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability.

You also have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest.

To exercise your rights, contact support@nodebrush.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
