When businesses export goods, an export declaration is required. This applies primarily to commercial cargo, but gifts, samples, and other types of shipments may also be subject to the requirement. For exports outside the EU, an export declaration must always be submitted for each individual shipment.

Commodity Code Classification
All goods have a commodity code that is used for customs processing and the unique commodity code determines customs duties, taxes, and import statistics.
Traces NT
An import notification in Traces NT, the Swedish Board of Agriculture and the Swedish National Food Administration's system, may be required for some products when you import.
