Export Declaration
Maximize Your Global Sales
When businesses export goods, an export declaration is required. This applies primarily to commercial cargo, but gifts, samples, and other types of shipments may also be subject to the requirement. For exports outside the EU, an export declaration must always be submitted for each individual shipment.
It is important to be familiar with the rules and regulations of the destination country, as the exporter is responsible for ensuring that goods comply with both national and international requirements upon departure from the country of origin. Export declarations are completed and submitted electronically to the customs authority.
As your customs broker, Tullfokus guides you through the entire process. Whether you are exporting goods for sale, as gifts, or as samples outside the EU, we ensure that your export is correctly documented and handled in accordance with applicable regulations — giving you a smooth, cost-effective export process and more time to focus on growing your business.
