Border controls on imports of melamine tableware from China starting 1 September 2024
From 1 September 2024, in addition to kitchenware originating in or shipped from China or Hong Kong, tableware such as cups, plates and cutlery made of melamine and polyamide plastic with the same country of origin or dispatch will also be subject to border control.
